How Consumer Relations Can Help You.
The Consumer Relations department can assist you with your
CBCInnovis Consumer Report in the following ways:
Who is CBCInnovis?
CBCInnovis is a reseller of credit information provided by the three nationwide credit agencies — TransUnion, Experian, and Equifax. Clients of CBCInnovis are primarily banks, mortgage companies and other institutions that have permissible purpose under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) to obtain credit information for lending purposes.
Why does CBCInnovis show up as an inquiry on my consumer report?
When a CBCInnovis client pulls a copy of your consumer report through our system, the inquiry may display as CBCInnovis on the consumer report history.
Can I dispute my credit score?
Credit scores are based on credit, inquiries, and public record information on a consumer report. Though you cannot dispute a score specifically, you can dispute inaccurate information on a consumer report. For more information on scores, you can contact Fair Issac Corporation (FICO) in the contact information list.
I received a call from CBCInnovis. What should I do?
If you received a call from CBCInnovis with a request for a callback or conference call, please contact our Customer Service Department at (800) 216-3463 (press#1).
